 According to Torkom Saraydarian in Talks on Agni, women have a unique role to play in the evolution of humanity:

            Women will bring about a true spirit of brotherhood in humanity.  Women will be the transmitter of the spiritual light of the Hierarchy* to humanity.  They will bring illumination and guidance from their Innermost Cores and lead humanity with love. compassion and intuition.

            Woman’s mission will be to be the spiritual leaders of humanity. Woman will treat the world as her child, and through her children, woman will point humanity in the right direction.  She will inspire the children of the world by bestowing vision and inspiration.  It is women who will teach about heroes, nobility, and virtues.  It is women who will teach about the sanctity of life and the glory of spiritual manifestation. In spiritual and creative endeavors, women will prepare the way for the greatness of humanity to flourish.

* Holy ones who demonstrate leadership and service, awakening humanity to its greater potential and revealing a path of ascent to higher realities.
