AQUARIAN ROSARY

The THIRD FRIDAY of each month, Marilyn facilitates the Aquarian Rosary Group at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 2620 Capitol Avenue in downtown Sacramento.  The Aquarian Rosary practice begins at 7 pm.

WORLD HEALING MEDITATION   

The FIRST TUESDAY each month at 7 pm at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 2620 Capitol Avenue in downtown Sacramento. All are welcome to join this guided group meditation and prayer of the World Healing Meditation.

ESOTERIC CHRISTIANITY and ITS HIDDEN MYSTERIES

Course begins  September 10th - Eight Wednesdays at 7 to 9 PM. Last two lessons will be held on Saturday, November 1st from 9:30 to 3 PM. 

Ten lessons to explore the hidden side of Christianity. Learn about the inner path of Christianity. All spiritual paths meet in their mystical traditions. This course uses the material from the Sophia On-line class. Click here to access a free sample of the on-line course.

A personal interview with Marilyn or attendance at one of the following introductory meetings is required:

We will go over the Sample Lesson, and discuss the course format, and recommended reading list.  Please bring your questions.

FULL MOON MEDITATION

 Date and time vary; please check event calendar above.  Held at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 2620 Capitol Avenue in downtown Sacramento.

Each full moon the great light of the Lord Christ pours blessings upon humanity to those who are prepared. It is an opportunity to invoke and integrate the presence of the Christ. Christian traditions follow the life of Christ as an inner journey through out the year.  Following the phases of the moon each month, provides other sacred opportunities to deepen the awakening to the Christ within. All are encourage to maintain silence after the meditation.

Why have a group meditation at the time of the Full Moon?  During a full moon, a bridge of contact and communication is available between humanity and higher centers. This opens a channel between humanity and the Source of Life and there is an opportunity for regeneration. One can contact a new and greater vision and align on the path of evolution and service.

SANCTA SOPHIA SEMINARY FOUNDATIONS OF SPIRITUALITY COURSES

TRAINING OF THE INITIATE - LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND THE BASIC SELF

On the Path of Return the aspirant must learn to develop a balanced and loving relationship with the instinctual nature, called the “basic self”, and to appropriately utilize each level of consciousness.  During this class, the subconscious or basic self (which remembers everything) will be respectfully invited to move beyond the defense systems it constructed in its attempt to protect the vulnerable self within. As the basic self learns to trust the safety of the class environment, it will be shown how to release old memories and scar tissue that block the full expression of the authentic inner self.  Harmony and balance can be restored and the conscious mind can experience a sense of well-being and authentic power.

MARRIAGE OF SPIRIT - RECONCILIATION AND UNIFICATION OF OPPOSITES

Learn to identify and bring to awareness mental and emotional states of consciousness that have previously been cause of unconscious reactions.  Utilizing the Marriage of Spirit processing techniques, cultivate the neutral witness, break the ego structures, and move to the ascended state of consciousness. These techniques are tools for working with the shadow (unconscious states of mind) to free themselves and others from reactionary states of consciousness and to recreate balance and harmony in the midst of our every day life, and invite grace into our lives.
